Booking & Reservations
Booking with Carrrs is simple. Browse our fleet, select your dates, choose your protection plan, and complete checkout. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with all your booking details.
Yes! You can modify or cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After that, a fee may apply. To make changes, log into your account or contact our support team directly.
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular vehicles or during peak seasons. However, we do accept same-day bookings when vehicles are available.
24+ hours before pickup: Full refund, no questions asked
12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Less than 12 hours: No refund, but you can reschedule

Insurance & Protection
Every Carrrs rental includes a protection plan. You choose from three tiers: Basic ($15/day), Premium ($29/day - recommended), or Full ($45/day). Each tier provides different levels of coverage for liability, collision, and theft protection.
Basic ($15/day): Third-party liability coverage up to $15,000. You're responsible for damage to the rental vehicle.
Premium ($29/day): Full collision coverage up to $50,000, includes roadside assistance. Recommended for most renters.
Full ($45/day): Complete coverage including theft, personal belongings up to $2,000, and zero deductible.
Many personal auto insurance policies extend coverage to rental cars for personal travel. However, coverage limits and deductibles from your personal policy apply. We recommend checking with your insurance provider before your rental. Our protection plans are designed to provide worry-free coverage regardless of your personal policy.
If damage occurs, report it immediately. With our protection plans, you're covered based on your chosen tier. Basic protection means you're responsible for repair costs (up to your deductible). Premium and Full protection cover most damage scenarios. We'll handle the repair process—you just need to complete an incident report.

Requirements & Eligibility
The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Drivers aged 21-24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge of $20-30 per day. For luxury and sports vehicles, drivers must be at least 25 years old.
Valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year)

Government-issued ID or passport
Proof of insurance (optional, if using your own coverage)
International renters need a valid passport and International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license.
Yes, a credit card is required for the security deposit. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Debit cards are accepted at some locations with additional verification and a higher deposit amount.
Yes, additional drivers can be added during booking or at pickup for $10/day per driver. Each additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements and be present at pickup with their documentation. Spouses/domestic partners are often included free of charge.

Pickup & Return
Standard pickup and return hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. Early morning and late evening pickups can be arranged with advance notice. 24-hour drop-off is available at select locations.
Yes! One-way rentals are available between many of our locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off locations. This option can be selected during booking.
We use a "full-to-full" fuel policy. You'll receive the car with a full tank and should return it with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, you'll be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee. Pro tip: Fill up at a nearby station before returning to save on refueling fees.
We offer a 30-minute grace period. After that, late returns are charged at an hourly rate (up to a maximum of one additional day). If you know you'll be late, please contact us in advance—we're often able to extend your rental without extra fees if the car isn't already reserved.

Payment & Pricing
A security deposit of $200-$500 is held on your credit card at pickup. The exact amount depends on the vehicle class. This is a hold, not a charge—it's released within 3-5 business days after you return the car undamaged.
Absolutely not. We believe in transparent pricing. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No service fees, no processing fees, no surprise charges. The only additional costs would be for extras you choose (like GPS or child seats) or fees for policy violations (like late returns or smoking in the vehicle).
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Debit cards are accepted at some locations with additional requirements. We're unable to accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards for rentals.
Your card is charged when you complete the booking online. The security deposit hold is placed at pickup and released after the car is returned. If there are any additional charges (fuel, damages, late fees), these are processed after the rental ends.

During Your Rental
Don't worry—we've got you covered. Premium and Full protection plans include 24/7 roadside assistance. Call our emergency line and we'll dispatch help immediately. For mechanical issues, we'll arrange a replacement vehicle at no extra cost. Basic protection holders can purchase roadside assistance separately.
Yes, you can drive to any state within the continental United States. However, trips to Mexico or Canada require advance approval and additional documentation. Please notify us during booking if you plan to cross international borders.
Yes! Roadside assistance is included with Premium and Full protection plans. This covers flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, and towing. For Basic protection renters, roadside assistance can be added for $5/day. Our emergency line is available 24/7.
You're responsible for any tickets or violations incurred during your rental period. If we receive a ticket notification after your rental, we'll pass your information to the issuing authority and charge a $25 administrative fee plus the ticket amount to your card on file.
